About Bridgetown Research:

Bridgetown Research is building the AI platform transforming how management consulting firms, investment firms, and corporate strategy teams perform research, diligence, and strategic analysis.

Our customers use Bridgetown to answer strategic questions faster, conduct deeper diligence, accelerate market research, and fundamentally transform how knowledge work gets done. Rather than replacing consultants and investors, we help the world's leading knowledge organizations operate with dramatically greater speed, quality, and leverage.

Backed by Lightspeed and Accel, our team includes former leaders from McKinsey, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Gartner, Accenture, Amazon, Goldman Sachs, and Google DeepMind.

About the Role:

Bridgetown's marketing function is evolving into a full growth machine. We're hiring a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager to own and run the day-to-day marketing engine: digital presence, AEO/SEO/SEM, social, events and conferences, campaign development and execution, agency management, and the metrics that show what's working.

You'll work closely with our Head of Commercial Operations, and the rest of the marketing, sales, and deployment teams to keep pipeline full and reps enabled with sharp, current collateral.

This is a builder role. You'll execute the campaigns, content, and channels day to day, working within our shared funnel, lead-handoff, and CRM setup. Expect to set the plan for your remit and then execute most of it yourself, and build a team from there.

Why this role matters:

Bridgetown is scaling its go-to-market quickly, with new sales hunters opening pipeline into leading consulting, investment, and enterprise strategy organizations. Marketing is what fuels that pipeline, sharpens the company's story, and multiplies the team's reach.

You'll build the systems and channels that turn Bridgetown's category-defining positioning into predictable pipeline — and you'll do it using the best AI-powered marketing tools available, setting the standard for how a lean, high-leverage team operates.

What you'll do:

• Own and execute Bridgetown's digital presence: website performance and refresh work, AEO/SEO/SEM, and organic and paid social to cater to an advisory & investment audience

• Build, run, and optimize integrated campaigns across outbound (paid social, events, conferences) and inbound (thought leadership distribution, web, social) channels.

• Keep your campaigns and content mapped cleanly to the shared funnel stages and lead-handoff process so marketing-sourced pipeline flows cleanly to sales.

• Select, brief, and manage outside agencies and contractors (design, paid media, events, and similar) to extend the team's output.

• Plan and execute Bridgetown's presence at industry events and conferences, from selection through follow-up.

• Partner with leadership to turn strategic positioning and thought leadership into sales-ready collateral, playbooks, and campaign assets which appeal to an advisory and investment audience.

• Own marketing-specific reporting — campaign ROI, channel and content performance, and cost per lead — feeding, and use the data to continuously reallocate spend and effort.

• Bring an AI-first approach to the work — using AI tools to accelerate content production, creative testing, campaign analysis, and personalization — and help the broader team adopt them too.

Who you are:

• A functional marketing generalist who has run the full mix — digital, AEO/SEO/SEM, social, campaigns, events — targeting professional services firms and the investment ecosystem.

• Metrics-driven. You think in conversion rates and channel ROI, and you make decisions from data rather than instinct alone.

• Genuinely fluent with AI tools in marketing — you've used them to write, design, analyze, or personalize faster and better, and you're excited to push further at Bridgetown.

• Comfortable managing agencies and contractors: briefing them well, holding them accountable, and knowing when to do the work yourself instead.

• A builder. You're energized by creating marketing operations and infrastructure from a relatively blank slate, without needing a large team or an established playbook to lean on.

• Excited to partner closely with sales — you understand that at this stage, marketing's job is to make sales more effective, not just to build brand.

• Familiarity with, or excitement about, B2B audiences like consulting, investment, or enterprise strategy teams is ideal, though deep domain expertise isn't required.

Ideal Backgrounds:

We're intentionally looking for range and hands-on execution ability, not a single career path.
