As the Manager for Product Adoption & Customer Engagement at Marigold, you will be part of a dynamic portfolio team, across multiple products, managing marketing and communications, product adoption, and customer engagement. Utilizing close collaboration with product managers and customer success managers, you’ll highlight innovations through marketing and outreach and help customers unlock value through increased product adoption and utilization. The ideal candidate is eager to connect with customers and products, has experience in product marketing, product management, or customer experience, and is passionate about partnering with customers to reach their marketing goals.
In This Role You Will:
Market innovation and key product content to our customer base, driving customer engagement and retention across the portfolio.
Work with a cross-functional team of product managers, marketers, and customer-facing teams to promote product content, shape thought leadership and strategy collateral, ensure successful GTM activities for product releases, and drive customer retention.
Implement and optimize the product release strategy, across multiple channels including email, in-app, webinars, and content development.
Implement and optimize automated journeys to successfully onboard customers, increasing product adoption and improving retention, while complementing the Customer Success personalized experience.
Develop content, including blogs, listicles, guides, and use cases to ensure customers see a clear and meaningful connection between our products and their strategic and business goals.
Support roadmap and customer webinars and virtual events, including building events, creating and improving content, connecting with customers, and managing follow-up.
Develop strong relationships with customer-facing teams - Customer Success, Enablement, Customer Support - to enhance the overall customer journey and ensure consistency in messaging and outreach.
Partner with Marketing teams to amplify customer messaging and identify areas for collaboration and cross-promotion.
Analyze campaign results and analytics on an ongoing basis to identify risks and opportunities and develop a robust testing strategy to optimize all customer communications.
Ensure relevant customer teams are briefed on all customer communications, and feedback loops are established, including summary briefs for customer success teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
3-5+ years marketing or product management experience, preferably experience in a SaaS or B2B environment.
Understanding of, or desire to quickly learn, digital marketing, our industry, and the conversations we address daily with our customers.
Passionate about data-driven decision-making, from the success of campaigns to the utilization of content to the engagement on product release messaging.
Comfortable with ambiguity and change.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to quickly build rapport and maintain cross-functional relationships.
Adaptable, moving from future-casting product discussions to specific campaign details with ease.
