The Role:
The Email Marketing Specialist/Deployment Specialist plays the role in executing cross-channel marketing campaigns through our proprietary web-based platform, working on behalf of many of the largest brands in the world. Email Marketing Specialist/Deployment Specialist are responsible for owning the day-to-day process of email and marketing campaigns, building database segments, generating and maintaining reports, and ensuring quality assurance. The Email Marketing Specialist/Deployment Specialist must possess excellent communication skills as they interface directly with clients both by email and/or phone. This position reports directly to the Manager of Campaign Services.

The ideal candidate should also be a recent graduate, detail oriented, efficient, dependable and a collaborative team player with a positive “can do” professional attitude. We are looking for team players who thrive working in a fast-paced, dynamic division within a large organization. Experiences with an interactive or agency background are a plus but Cheetah will teach and provide all the necessary skills to thrive and be successful in this role. If you have a sense of humor, strong work ethic, sense of urgency and a positive outlook; this just may be the right role for you.
What You’ll Do:
Execute, test, and deploy email marketing campaigns using our proprietary, web-based application.
Build database segments based on client and account team instructions.
Perform quality assurance on all campaigns
Document and communicate potentially complex solutions to clients in a timely manner
Tactfully relay technical information to a non-technical audience
Organize and prioritize multiple projects and customer deadlines with minimal oversight
Ideal Qualifications:
Basic Knowledge of HTML language
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Google Suite Apps
Strong understanding of relational data, querying/filtering and segmentation
Meet competing deadlines while demonstrating enthusiasm towards clients and team
Consistently updates status in a production tracker and provides updates as needed Independently troubleshoot any issues or identify other resources who can assist when beyond own capabilities
Manage support ticket/escalation as needed
