Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Succession Planning:

 Establish a strong working relationship with the current stakeholder.

 Work towards taking over the full production process with the goal of delivering

quality and on time.

Operational Excellence:

 Oversee the entire operations, manpower management, production in all

section, supply chain, warehouse management, sales support.

 Implement modern and tech-enabled practices to streamline and enhance

efficiency. Analyses productivity and works towards increasing the same.

Team Management:

 Manage and mentor a team of ------- professionals, fostering a collaborative and

growth-oriented environment.

 Evaluate and bridge gaps in capabilities within the existing team. Grow people

who contribute towards organisation growth in-turn promoting a contributing culture

Tech Integration:

 Implement technological advancements to enhance production processes and

overall efficiency.

 Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in Shrimp manufacturing.

Qualifications and Requirements:

 MBA/Fishery with minimum of 15 years’ experience in seafood manufacturing

 Must be stationed in Nellore at Nekkanti Nellore factory.

 Proven leadership experience in Shrimp manufacturing or related industries is

preferred.

 Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships,

particularly with the current team and management.

 Strong operational acumen with the ability to handle end-to-end operations.

 Experience in implementing modern and tech-enabled solutions for cost

optimization.

 Demonstrated success in factory performance and cost optimization.
