Requirements:

• Manage and maintain the general ledger, including oversight of journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end and year-end closing processes.
  

• Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in compliance with applicable accounting standards (Ind AS,US GAAP, IFRS).
  

• Month-end book closure as per the TAT
  

• Analyze financial reports for accuracy, variances, and trends, providing insights
  

• Develop and maintain documentation for accounting procedures and processes.
  

• Implement and manage system upgrades or changes as needed
  

• Coordinate with the AP/AR/Banking/Taxation team to close books on time.
  

• Handle queries during Audit/Due Diligence with respect to GLs.
  

• Liaison with the Reporting team in case of any queries.
  

Qualifications:

• CA/MBA with 7-8 years
  

• Proven experience (6+ years) in general ledger accounting or related roles.
  

• Experience in handling GL review for multiple subsidiaries having presence in different geographies,in large size organizations (4000 Crore plus turnover with more than 3-4 subsidiaries ).
  

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls.
  

• Experience with accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., Oracle)
  

• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
