Captain Fresh is seeking a skilled Company Secretary to steer our Legal & Compliance helm. This role is perfect for a strategic legal mind who thrives on navigating corporate governance and regulatory landscapes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Maintaining statutory records, registers, Minute Books as per Companies Act, 2013,

  2. Preparation and timely filing of e-forms, annual returns/statutory returns with MCA/ROC.

  3. Preparation and timely filing of FC-GPR, FC-TRS, FLA Return, Annual Performance Report (APR)/ ODI Forms and other relevant forms/returns with RBI.

  4. Co-ordinating with Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA), making application on the NSDL/CDSL portal for generation of ISIN and other work related to demat of securities.

  5. Compile data in data rooms to enable diligence for raising of equity and debt.

  6. Handle correspondence, collate information, co-ordinating with relevant company stakeholders/external stakeholders,

  7. Provide support in IPO and Merger & Acquisition related work,

  8. Such other tasks, assignments as may be assigned,

  9. Flexible and adaptable to the changing needs of a startup environment,

Experience/Skill Set:

  1. Must be a qualified Company Secretary (CS) from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI)

  2. A law degree can be an additional qualification

  3. 3-5 years of experience as a company secretary in a corporate setup

  4. Excellent knowledge of corporate law, governance practices, and compliance requirements.
