As the Creative Lead, you will shape and elevate the brand identity across multiple markets, ensuring consistency, storytelling, and engagement across digital, print, and experiential channels.

We’re looking for a hands-on, strategic thinker who can balance creativity with commercial impact. You will lead design, content, and visual storytelling, bringing innovation to our marketing efforts while maintaining the distinct identity of each brand under Captain



Roles & Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy & Creative Direction: Lead brand vision, storytelling, and visual consistency across channels.

  • Creative Development & Execution: Oversee digital campaigns, packaging, social media, and other marketing materials. Collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver high-quality assets

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product marketing, sales, and leadership to align creative strategies with business goals. Support new product launches.

  • Innovation & Trend spotting: Stay ahead of design and digital trends, experimenting with new formats and techniques to enhance engagement.


What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience in creative leadership roles, preferably in a global consumer brand or B2B/B2C food industry.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing brand storytelling, digital and print design, and campaign execution.

  • Hands-on experience with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.) and content production.

  • Ability to lead a small team and manage external creative partners/agencies.

  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to connect creative work to business objectives.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Experience in the seafood, food service, or retail industry is a plus but not mandatory.
