Summary :
The Individual will work closely with the production team across our factories to effectively plan and coordinate daily production activities. This individual will be responsible for creating detailed production schedules, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring that production targets are met in a timely and efficient manner. The role will be based out of Nellore plant for 1st 12 months.
Responsibilities:
Consolidate PO’s and generate Raw Material requirements based on shipment ranking
Monitor FG (finished goods) inventory to ensure optimal Inventory turnover ratio
Coordinate with various departments (procurement, inventory, logistics, etc.) to ensure seamless execution of the production plan.
Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to production status, resource utilization, output levels, and overall performance.
Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), including production efficiency, downtime analysis, and inventory levels.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Logistics, Procurement, etc.) to ensure alignment between production schedules and business objectives.
Communicate production status updates and report critical issues or delays to management.
Responsible for successful Implementation & adoption of all tech initiatives
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) and work experience of 2-3 years.
Strong proficiency in production planning software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Excel) and MIS reporting tools.
Strong understanding of production processes, inventory management, and resource optimization.
