We are looking for Associate Director – Control Tower at our global HQ in Bengaluru. Control Tower
acts as the nerve-centre for global factories and empowers team members across levels to drive
operational excellence.
Roles and responsibilities
1. Drive high impact Projects
a. Identify and scope projects to improve the cost and performance metrics
b. Execute these projects in consultation with stakeholders
c. Devise MIS for Projects’ success metrics for the leadership
d. Onboard new facilities onto proprietary technology platform
2. Export Shipment execution
a. Execute shipments as per plan without detention & demurrage related costs
b. Ensure repacking of material and labeling is done as per buyer’s expectations in the
designated spaces – factory / cold store
c. Ensure zero delay due to documents, or errors in documentation
d. Track and provide real time visibility of the shipments to stakeholders
e. Deliver on logistics performance metrics viz. cost and service
3. Audits
a. Handle internal / external audits for Ops domain and resolve queries real-time, if any
The ideal candidate would be someone who has:
1) Led high impact projects in Supply Chain or Operations for manufacturing heavy industries
preferably export-oriented food related or helped setting up GCC office for a large business
organization
2) Consulting experience of 3-7 years in Supply Chain and Manufacturing domain
3) Handled multiple projects simultaneously in ambiguous & complex situations
5) Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively at all levels of the org across geographies
6) Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and possess excellent problem-solving and
analytical skills
