About the Role

We are seeking highly skilled and results-driven Operations professionals with 5 - 8 years of experience across supply chain management, control tower operations, manufacturing, logistics, inventory management, and cost optimization. This is a cross-functional role that plays a critical part in driving operational efficiency, visibility, and coordination across the end-to-end supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Control Tower Operations:
  

• Lead centralized visibility and coordination for real-time supply chain monitoring
  

• Define key metrics, build prototypes / dashboards and drive adoption
  

• Work with technology and product teams to build scalable solutions
  

• Drive KPI adherence across planning, sourcing, manufacturing, and logistics
  

• Onboard new factories and partners into the control tower system
  

• Manufacturing & Production Planning:
  

• Interface with manufacturing teams to align production plans with demand signals
  

• Track resource (man, material, machine) availability and capacity constraints
  

• Develop capital investment business cases for factories
  

• Logistics & Inventory Management:
  

• Oversee logistics operations including inbound/outbound shipment flows
  

• Optimize inventory placement, turns, and safety stock strategies
  

• Manage 3PL relationships and ensure SLA compliance
  

• Cost Optimization & Operational Excellence:
  

• Map current state processes, value streams and identify bottlenecks
  

• Conduct root cause analysis based on performance metrics trends
  

• Identify improvement opportunities to reduce costs, increase efficiencies and optimize resources
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5 - 8 years of experience in supply chain management roles leading teams
  

• Proven experience working in an Operations Control Tower setup
  

• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  

• Strong analytical background; proficiency in Excel, SQL, Tableau, PowerBI or similar tools
  

• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations, inventory principles, and cost optimization
  

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering and Postgraduate with MBA / Masters in supply chain domains would be an advantage
  

• Experience in Retail, FMCG, or Quick commerce would be an advantage
