We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Manager - Accounting & Finance to support our US entity operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in the Accounts payable department.

Key Responsibilities :

● Manage and Record the vendor invoices and payment entries accurately

● Verify and reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies

● Maintain vendor master data and ensure compliance with company policies

● Strong Knowledge on Prepaid, Provisions, Fixed assets

● Knowledge on USGAAP and other monthly compliance

● Assist in month-end closing activities related to AP

● Coordinate with internal departments for invoice approvals and clarifications.

● Ability to contribute on internal and external audits efficiently.

Key Qualifications

● Master’s degree in commerce, Finance & Accounting

● Relevant experience in Accounts payable for minimum 7 years.

● Solid understanding of Fundamental Accounting concepts

● Solid understanding of Procure to Pay / Accounts Payable cycle (Preferably US Accounting Experience)

● Strong communication with foreign Stakeholders and vendor handling skills

● Good communicator with fluency in business English (written and spoken)

● Excellent Excel skills and attention to detail

● Willing and able to identify and support change and continuous improvements

● Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
