What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement global compliance programs tailored to technology regulations, including digital platform, artificial intelligence, video, and social media regulations.
  • Build and maintain comprehensive documentation of compliance efforts, including policies, procedures, and training materials.
  • Monitor and analyze regulatory trends to identify potential impacts on the organization and recommend proactive measures.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and key regulators, including ongoing dialogue and collaboration.
  • Establish key metrics to measure and demonstrate compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements. Track and report on the progress of compliance initiatives.
  • Provide legal guidance to internal teams on best practices for compliance.
  • Partner with Government Affairs to identify areas for joint efforts in engaging with regulators.

Who You Are

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in regulatory compliance, preferably within the technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of the technology regulatory landscape.
  • Proven experience in building and maintaining relationships with regulators.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with regulatory environments in multiple jurisdictions, particularly in the U.S. and Europe.

  • This role is based in our New York, Washington D.C., Stockholm or London office
  • We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best! There will be some in-person meetings, but still allows for flexibility to work from home.
The United States base range for this position is $198,441-$283,487, plus equity. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, 23 paid days off, 13 paid flexible holidays.
