Responsibilities
  • Facilitate onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Address employee inquiries, resolve conflicts, and provide guidance on HR matters.
  • Assist in implementing HR programs and policies to enhance engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Contribute to HR projects, including employer branding, talent development, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Coordinate and manage employee exit processes, including offboarding and exit interviews.
Qualifications
  • 2-3 Years of experience in an HR Generalist role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies.
  • Ability to analyse trends and metrics to create effective solutions, programs, and policies.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to work collaboratively across teams.
