THE ROLE

We are seeking detail-oriented and proactive Payment Specialists to join our Sell My Car team. As a Payment Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the onboarding of car dealers to our new wallet system, ensuring compliance with KYC (Know Your Customer) and RFI (Request for Information) regulations. You will manage day-to-day payment operations, assist dealers in maintaining sufficient funds, and support fulfilment teams for smooth collections. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Assist in the onboarding process for car dealers, ensuring all required compliance steps are completed

• Monitor daily transactions within the wallet system, ensuring dealers have adequate funds to cover their winning bids

• Support fulfilment teams in coordinating collections from dealers.

• Identify and resolve payment-related issues or discrepancies promptly.

• Provide exceptional support to car dealers, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues related to payments and the wallet system.

• Act as a liaison between dealers, the fulfilment team, and other internal stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and issue resolution.

• Contribute to identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
