The Role
To strengthen our team, we are looking for an Account Manager (all genders) to drive customer strategy and implement growth plans for Lucanet Germany. As the primary point of contact for our clients, you will ensure their needs are met and their expectations exceeded, fostering strong relationships and identifying opportunities for growth.
What you'll do
- Process a wide variety of customer inquiries, including invoices, price adjustments, license extensions, and cloud migration.
- Actively approach existing customers to migrate to our new price model.
- Onboard new customers, ensuring smooth data collection from internal systems and cloud orders.
- Support the Account Executive - Cross Sell in closing new deals by tracking open opportunities.
- Maintain and update CRM data to ensure accurate information.
What you bring to the table
- Successfully completed studies in business administration or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of practical experience in sales or account management.
- High level of software affinity and ability to quickly learn new technologies.
- Strong service orientation and excellent communication skills.
- Native-level German and business fluent English language skills.
