The Role

As a Partner Success Manager, you'll be at the forefront of fostering successful collaborations with our partners. Your

role will involve driving the continuous development of existing partnerships and ensuring partner and customer

satisfaction. This entails onboarding, enabling, training, and expanding our partner network, equipping them to meet

market demands and deliver our solutions effectively.

You'll play a key role in enhancing our NPS survey process to ensure high participation and satisfaction rates among

partners and their customers. Additionally, you'll be responsible for the ongoing development and enhancement of our

Partner Certifications and Programs, underscoring our dedication to partner success and customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

  • Partnership Relationship Management: Cultivate and expand strong relationships with existing partners,
  • focusing on Tax and Compliance Reporting, identifying growth opportunities. Conduct regular performance reviews, feedback sessions, and strategic planning meetings with the Partner Sales and Marketing Team.
  • Partner Onboarding, Enablement, and Training: Create and implement comprehensive training programs with internal teams to ensure partners are knowledgeable about our products and programs, enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Certification and Program Development: Continuously enhance Partner Certifications and Programs to keep them relevant and aligned with Lucanet Group's business plans.
  • Problem Solving: Assist partners in overcoming challenges to deliver top-notch service to their customers.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track and report partner program performance, including enablement measures and NPS results. Utilize insights for improvements and report key metrics to senior management.
  • Feedback Loop: Act as the voice of partners within Lucanet Group, providing feedback to product and engineering teams for future development. Manage partner surveys and initiatives based on feedback.
  • Net Promoter Score (NPS) Management: Collaborate with Customer Success to align the NPS process with partners' needs, striving for high participation and using feedback to boost satisfaction.
  • Partner Service Offerings: Strategically enhance and implement partners' service offerings within Lucanet.
  • Tool-based Improvements: Analyze and improve partner experience using tools and automation, such as Partner Portal, Planhat, and Learning Management Systems.

What you bring to the table

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Extensive technical and industry knowledge, especially in Tax & Compliance Reporting
  • Proven track record in channel success, partner management, or a similar role, ideally within the SaaS industry.
  • Strong skills in training and presenting, with the ability to create and deliver engaging and informative training sessions.
  • Excellent analytical skills for evaluating programs and performance.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead continuous improvement and manage change effectively.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with customers and internal teams.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and German, with proficiency in written and verbal forms.
