The Role
As our Head of FP&A, you will lead and evolve our central FP&A and business partnering teams. You’ll play a key role in shaping strategic financial planning, improving forecast accuracy, and delivering high-impact insights to our leadership. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role is pivotal in driving financial excellence across Lucanet.
What you'll do
- Lead and develop FP&A and business partnering teams to deliver high-quality financial insights.
- Manage the annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Partner with business units to translate operational plans into financial forecasts.
- Deliver accurate, timely, and actionable management reporting to the Board and executive leadership.
- Conduct variance analysis, identify performance drivers, and recommend corrective actions.
- Build and maintain robust financial models to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
- Drive automation and process improvements across FP&A workflows and reporting tools.
- Collaborate with product, analytics, and revenue operations teams to ensure data consistency and operational efficiency.
What you bring to the table
- Minimum 7 years of experience in FP&A, preferably in SaaS or software environments.
- Proven track record in leading budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting functions.
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and clarity.
- Experience managing cross-functional finance teams and partnering with senior stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of key financial KPIs and performance metrics.
- Background in accounting or finance, with a relevant degree or professional qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CIMA).
- Experience in private equity-backed environments is a plus.
- Proficiency in financial systems and tools; experience with automation and reporting platforms is advantageous.
