The Role

This is a unique opportunity for a driven sales personality at a reputable, German-founded, international FinTech company, who is ready for take-off. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) and as part of our Sales Team, you are one of our main drivers. We are looking for a highly energetic and passionate Sales Development Representative to join our sales team and play a critical role in expanding our presence in the markets.

As an SDR, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer traffic, qualifying these leads to create BANT-qualified opportunities for the Account Manager (AM) to follow up, and actively hunting for new opportunities (cross-sell) within the customer network. Additionally, you will collaborate with Customer Success and support AMs in follow-ups or handle deals yourself. You will also own smaller customer accounts and be the first point of contact for cross-sell and up-sell inquiries if there is no designated Account Manager.

To be successful in this role, you should ideally have knowledge of lead generation and demonstrated experience in reaching goals and hitting key deliverables. You are extremely organized, curious, and eager to learn, and you have a positive attitude and fearlessness to hop on the phone with new people daily.

What you'll do

  • Act as both a sales developer and brand ambassador to engage with future customers
  • Identify business opportunities through inbound prospecting, qualifying leads, emailing, and social selling
  • Build relationships with stakeholders, including C-level executives, to understand their needs and assess sales potential
  • Pass qualified leads to the sales team by arranging meetings, calls, or email introductions
  • Collaborate closely with sales executives to support company goals and targets
  • Work in a hybrid model from our Madrid office, focusing on the DACH market

What you bring to the table

  • Ready to launch a career in sales, inside sales, or sales development, backed by academic studies or fast-paced work experience
  • Able to build trust and rapport through confident communication, persuasive outreach, and attentive listening
  • Committed to delivering results with a responsive, target-driven approach to selling SaaS solutions
  • Equipped to understand and explain our CPM platform, offering real value to potential customers
  • Fluent in German and English, with additional languages considered a plus
