The Role
As a Solutions Engineer at Lucanet, you will serve as a technical expert for our product suite, collaborating with sales teams across Europe and Asia to deliver tailored solutions. You’ll lead product demonstrations, respond to RFPs/RFIs, and provide expert advice to technical and non-technical stakeholders, aligning our tools to customer pain points. With a focus on continuous improvement, you’ll develop sales support materials, contribute to cross-functional initiatives, and stay informed on industry trends. Your background in finance and sales engineering, or technical roles will enable you to thrive in this dynamic position.
What you'll do
- Lead technical product demonstrations tailored to customer pain points and requirements.
- Provide expert advice on Lucanet’s offerings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Prepare responses for RFPs/RFIs, ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with customer needs.
- Collaborate on cross-functional initiatives to improve product positioning and sales performance.
- Develop and maintain sales support materials, including demo databases and training content.
- Engage in continuous learning about industry trends, product updates, and emerging technologies.
What you bring to the table
- A background in finance, accounting, or tax with financial expertise like financial reporting, planning, taxation, group accounting or similar.
- Experience in sales engineering or technical pre-sales, ideally within SaaS or FinTech.
- Proficiency in using CRMs and sales tools, with familiarity with Lucanet’s product suite being a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English to engage stakeholders across diverse markets.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to deliver innovative solutions tailored to customer challenges.
- A collaborative mindset, ready to work across teams and contribute to Lucanet’s strategic growth.
