The Role
As a Regional Sales Team Leader, you lead a high‑performing team of Account Executives and drive the execution of our sales strategy within your region. Your focus is on performance excellence, forecasting accuracy, customer engagement, and team development — all while collaborating closely with Marketing, BDRs, and Customer Success to deliver strong commercial outcomes.
What you'll do
- Lead and develop a team of Account Executives to exceed pipeline and revenue targets.
- Set clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and foster a culture of ownership and accountability.
- Execute sales plans aligned with regional priorities and maintain high activity standards.
- Conduct precise, data‑driven forecast reviews and pipeline inspections to ensure predictability.
- Support Account Executives in complex deal cycles and join key customer meetings.
- Track actionable performance metrics to optimize team results.
- Partner with Marketing, BDRs, and Customer Success to drive tactical initiatives and territory coverage.
- Use AI‑driven tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gong) to improve forecasting, identify opportunities, and increase productivity.
- Support hiring and onboarding to build and retain a high‑performing sales team.
What you bring to the table

- Proven success leading high‑performing SaaS sales teams, ideally in B2B mid‑market or enterprise environments.
- Strong experience managing full sales cycles and guiding complex deals to close.
- A track record of delivering against ambitious revenue targets.
- Deep understanding of forecasting and pipeline management.
- A coaching‑first mindset and passion for people development.
- Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally and execute team‑level sales plans.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build trust internally and externally.
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Familiarity with CRM and sales enablement tools (Salesforce, Gong).
- Practical experience using AI to enhance forecasting and sales insights.
