The Role

As Team Lead, Revenue Operations & GTM Strategy, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Lucanet’s go-to-market execution and driving strategic revenue growth. You will own GTM strategy within RevOps, partner with senior leadership, and design scalable revenue processes that deliver exceptional customer journeys across the entire lead-to-expansion lifecycle.

What you'll do

  • Lead and develop a high-performing RevOps team by setting clear expectations, providing regular feedback, and fostering a culture of ownership and accountability.
  • Design and implement GTM strategy by building an account-centric Bowtie operating model, optimizing territory design, and driving annual GTM planning processes.
  • Optimize end-to-end revenue processes by mapping, analyzing, and improving the complete lead-to-expansion process, eliminating friction and improving cross-functional handoffs.
  • Partner with senior leadership by serving as a strategic RevOps partner to GTM VPs and the CRO, contributing to board-level deliverables and executive reporting.
  • Drive data-driven decision-making by conducting precise, data-driven performance reviews and pipeline inspections to ensure predictability and efficiency.
  • Champion process scalability and innovation by researching and implementing best practices, standardizing processes for international expansion, and ensuring operational excellence.
  • Leverage AI and automation by using AI-driven tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gong, Clay) to improve forecasting, identify opportunities, and increase productivity.

What you bring to the table

  • Extensive experience in Revenue Operations and GTM Strategy in B2B SaaS environments, including experience in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing end-to-end revenue processes in scaling SaaS organizations, including territory design and funnel architecture.
  • Direct experience with GTM strategy work such as annual planning, capacity modeling, and territory design.
  • Strong analytical foundation with deep understanding of revenue metrics (NRR, GRR, pipeline velocity, CAC) and data-driven decision-making.
  • Expertise in Salesforce CRM and familiarity with modern GTM tech stacks (HubSpot, Gong, Planhat, etc.).
  • Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills for VP/C-level stakeholders and board-level reporting.
  • Experience in high-growth or PE/VC-backed environments with operational rigor and speed-to-execution.
  • Change management expertise and ability to drive adoption of new processes across multiple teams.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled process optimization and automation tools to enhance forecasting and GTM efficiency.
  • You are fluent in English, both written and spoken; German language skills are a plus but not required.
