As a Working Student Partner Success, you support the Partner Success team in managing and enabling Lucanet partners and helping them with their inquiries. In addition, you contribute to the continuous development and improvement of our Partner Certifications and Programs, strengthening our commitment to partner success and customer satisfaction.
What you'll do
- Partner Enablement: Assist in the creation of training and enablement materials and resources for partners
- Partner Certification: Manage the partner (re-)certification process: Record, track and analyze partner certifications, ensuring highest quality within our partner base
- Feedback Loop: Serve as a voice of the partner and partner customers within the Lucanet Group, providing feedback to the product and engineering teams to help shape future product developments where needed
- Administrative Support: Support in administrative matters, prepare documentation and maintain partner records
- Partner Relationship Management & Communication: Build strong partner relationships by addressing partner inquiries and providing necessary support (“Partner Success Pool”)
- You can work remote from Germany.

What you bring to the table
- Language skills - English + German - Must be fluent in both languages and understand the way to conduct business in Europe.
- Service Mentality - You can actively maintain and expand strong relationships with existing partners, identifying and executing opportunities for long-term growth. You have a strong service mentality and put the customer / partner and their interests first.
- Finance knowledge - Working with a product suite of financial reporting tools a good understanding of these topics will help you feel more confident when engaging with partners & customers.
- You are currently studying Business Administration or a similar degree and have a basic understanding of financial reporting concepts
- SaaS Experience - You are interested in the concepts behind SaaS companies and are a quick learner, easily adapting to new technical concepts. Prior experience within a SaaS company would be a plus.
- Comfort in a fast-paced, international environment, demonstrating a high level of independence and self-motivation.
