The Role

As an Account Manager, you will support Lucanet’s growth by identifying and converting new revenue opportunities within our existing customer base. This role is focused on proactive selling; creating demand, engaging new stakeholders, and owning opportunities from first conversation through to close.

This is a full account ownership role in a breakout market (Singapore), combining responsibilities that are typically split across Migration and Cross-sell roles in more mature regions.

You will work with a high degree of autonomy, using insight, outreach, and commercial curiosity to unlock platform value across accounts.

What you’ll do

  • Own and close opportunities within an existing customer base, including migrations and cross-sell expansions.
  • Identify and qualify cross-sell opportunities within existing customer accounts
  • Proactively generate pipeline through outbound outreach, discovery, and internal intelligence
  • Engage new stakeholders and decision-makers to position Lucanet’s broader platform value
  • Drive customer migration from on-prem to cloud, which is critical due to end-of-life timelines by end 2026
  • Own the full sales cycle from initial engagement through to close
  • Lead pricing discussions, handle objections and progress opportunities with intent
  • Work closely with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and internal teams to ensure smooth handovers
  • Progress opportunities independently with minimal reliance on inbound demand
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and clear pipeline forecasting

What you bring to the table

  • Ability to be a true commercial owner, not just a relationship manager
  • A strong hunter mindset with a bias towards action and outcomes
  • Experience in an SDR, BDR, or Junior AE role with ambition to own full-cycle deals
  • Confidence creating demand and initiating commercial conversations
  • Ability to manage objections and move deals forward with intent
  • Motivation driven by ownership, autonomy, and performance
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • To be considered for this role, candidates must have the legal right to work in the country of employment.
