As the Global Head of Partner Sales, you will lead Lucanet’s global partner sales organization through a critical transformation period. This is not a “run the playbook” role, it’s a fix and build while running mandate. You will be responsible for rebuilding trust with strategic partners, implementing operational rigor, and driving measurable revenue impact through a channel with significant untapped potential. This highly visible role requires executive presence, the ability to simplify complexity, and relentless focus on execution in a fast-moving, PE-backed environment.
What you'll do
- Own global partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue, driving aggressive growth targets across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas.
- Lead the transformation of partner metrics from “sales by partner” to source and influence attribution, ensuring accurate representation of channel value.
- Rebuild trust with top-tier partners (Big Four, RSM, CFGI, and other strategic advisory firms) through executive-level engagement and transparent communication.
- Accelerate Big Four and advisory partnerships by implementing structured co-sell motions, Salesforce-based source/influence tracking, and leveraging external networks where needed.
- Fix and scale the partner program: move from a basic referral model to a differentiated, tiered structure with robust legal and operational frameworks.
- Resolve operational gaps in invoicing, migrations, and contract management to restore partner confidence.
- Build and optimize a high-performing global team (currently 12–15 Partner Sales Managers) with the right coverage in key markets (APAC/Singapore, UK, DACH) and clear quota accountability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Partner Success, Direct Sales, Finance, and RevOps to eliminate friction and align processes.
- Represent partner interests at the executive level, securing resources and sponsorship for strategic initiatives.
What you bring to the table
- Proven experience leading global partner/channel sales in B2B SaaS, ideally enterprise software, with a track record of delivering revenue growth through indirect channels.
- Demonstrated success in partner program transformation, including fixing broken models and building scalable frameworks under high visibility.
- Deep experience with Big Four and strategic advisory partnerships, including co-sell motions and executive relationship management.
- Operational excellence mindset: ability to identify process gaps, implement fixes, and enforce accountability across functions.
- Strong executive presence and communication skills, comfortable engaging C-level stakeholders internally and externally.
- Experience managing through ambiguity in high-growth or PE-backed environments, with the ability to prioritize and execute under pressure.
- Hands-on leadership style: willing to roll up sleeves while leading a distributed team across multiple regions.
- Data-driven decision-making, with proficiency in Salesforce and analytics tools to track partner influence and performance.
- Cultural adaptability and global perspective, with experience managing teams and partnerships across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM.
- Resilience and credibility: ability to acknowledge past organizational missteps and rebuild trust with transparency and integrity.
