The Role

Are you a customer- or partner-success professional who loves working with senior stakeholders and building programs that scale? As a part-time Partner Success Manager (20h to 30h), you’ll own the activation, enablement, and growth of our partner network—equipping partners to position, implement, and support Lucanet for their customers.

You’ll work directly with C-level leaders at consulting and solution partners to align on goals, drive joint success plans, and remove blockers. Familiarity with finance domains is a plus, but not required—we’ll provide a structured ramp with access to subject-matter experts.

What you'll do

  • Own the partner lifecycle: Activate, enable, certify, and scale partners from onboarding through ongoing success.
  • Engage executives: Lead QBRs and executive briefings with partner leadership; align on joint goals, GTM motions, and capacity plans.
  • Enable at scale: Deliver trainings and workshops, build playbooks and certification paths, and track progress across roles, including sales, presales, and delivery.
  • Drive outcomes: Co-create joint success plans with measurable KPIs, such as time-to-first-deal, certified capacity, adoption, and NPS; monitor performance and intervene early.
  • Be the partner’s voice: Coordinate cross-functionally with Product, Services, Support, and Sales to resolve issues and influence roadmap/priorities.
  • Improve operations: Evolve our Partner Portal/PRM, knowledge base, and workflows; standardize assets and tighten feedback loops.
  • Share market insight: Bring field learnings back to the business; help shape enablement content and partner program enhancements.
  • Travel occasionally for key partner meetings, enablement sessions, and events.

What you bring to the table

  • 2+ years in Customer Success, Partner Success/Alliances, Account Management, Professional Services, or similar—serving B2B clients and engaging at C-level.
  • Executive presence and excellent communication: confident leading trainings, QBRs, and discussions with senior stakeholders; able to simplify complex topics.
  • Program and project discipline: plan enablement, manage timelines, drive accountability, surface risks, and report outcomes.
  • Commercial acumen: understand partner business models and enterprise deal cycles; collaborate closely with Sales without needing a quota.
  • Data-driven mindset: track KPIs, gather feedback, such as NPS/surveys, and iterate on content and process.
  • Comfortable with common tools: Salesforce/HubSpot, PRM/Partner Portal, LMS, Planhat/Gainsight or similar, Confluence, Jira.
  • Fluent Spanish and English.
  • Exposure to B2B SaaS ecosystems, management consulting, or finance functions, such as FP&A, consolidation, or compliance, is nice to have. Curiosity to learn the Lucanet domain is essential; we’ll provide training.

To be considered for this role, candidates must have the legal right to work in the country of employment.
