What you'll do:
HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
- Support employee lifecycle administration (onboarding, changes, offboarding documentation)
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and local labor regulations
- Manage HR documentation and filing in line with audit requirements
Payroll Support & Validation
- Prepare and review payroll inputs (attendance, bonuses, deductions, benefits)
- Validate payroll outputs in collaboration with external/internal payroll providers
- Identify discrepancies and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain payroll-related records and support monthly closing activities
Audit & Compliance
- Support internal and external HR/payroll audits by preparing documentation and reports
- Ensure audit readiness of HR processes and data
- Track and close audit findings and action items
Reporting & Data Management
- Generate regular and ad-hoc HR reports (headcount, turnover, payroll metrics, etc.)
- Analyze HR data to identify inconsistencies and improvement opportunities
- Ensure data integrity across HRIS and payroll systems
Process Improvement
- Identify inefficiencies in HR operations and suggest improvements
- Support documentation and standardization of HR processes (SOPs, workflows)
What you bring to the table:
- Proven experience (3–5+ years) in HR Operations and Payroll roles
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, controls, and compliance requirements
- Experience working with HRIS and payroll systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, local payroll providers, etc.)
- High attention to detail and strong data accuracy mindset
- Solid Excel/Google Sheets skills (e.g., formulas, data validation, reporting)
- Experience supporting audits and compliance processes
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication in English
