About the Role
Centaur Labs is seeking a results-driven Head of Marketing - with deep expertise in B2B lead generation and brand growth - to lead our marketing efforts and team as we enter our next phase of growth. This role requires both strategic and hands-on enterprise demand generation expertise to ensure we meet revenue goals through innovative marketing strategies. You'll also lead a small marketing team across FTEs and freelancers, oversee our brand presence, and spearhead B2C growth for our gamified mobile app, DiagnosUs, that powers our B2B product.
The ideal candidate will have clear, demonstrable experience as a metrics-driven, quota-carrying marketer in the Enterprise B2B space, with a proven track record of building and leading an outstanding brand. This role is accountable to the Board for marketing KPIs, and will function as a ‘player-coach’ - responsible for both overall marketing strategy and key pieces of execution. You thrive in a startup environment, run quick and data driven experiments, embrace new challenges, and aspire to join a senior leadership team committed to advancing health AI.
What You’ll Do
- Strategic planning. Develop and iterate GTM strategy, including prioritizing segments, target accounts and promotional tactics to drive revenue growth. Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

Channels currently include paid, conferences, community and peer events, content, data science newsletters, etc. Closely track outcomes and regularly iterate and experiment to improve campaign performance.
- B2C to grow our network of labelers. Hire and then partner with Mobile Growth Manager to acquire and retain users on our gamified mobile app.
- Corporate and product marketing. Partner with Director of Corporate & Product Marketing on key functions:
- ICP and messaging. Establish ideal customer targets and develop appropriate messaging and content to reach those targets and achieve desired results across all channels and mediums.
- Brand. Establish a unique brand identity, collaborating with the CEO to elevate our thought leadership through creative, industry-changing messaging and positioning our CEO and other senior leadership as experts in the health AI space.
- Sales enablement. Empower a fast growing sales team to truly stand out in a busy market, and close deals quickly.
- Revenue operations. Own and manage all marketing KPIs and reporting, ensuring clear line of sight into the ROI of each marketing channel.
