The People Operations Coordinator touches nearly every aspect of the employee lifecycle in some way, and this is a great opportunity to contribute key processes and programs that allow our employees to do their best work. You will be expected to provide hands-on support and advice to managers and employees globally (especially in the UK) and to lead coordinating our global onboarding efforts.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Manage core employee lifecycle processes in Workday (hiring, internal job changes, exits), recommend process optimization and champion new HRIS processes as they roll out

  • Assist with benefit administration and compliance initiatives impacting colleagues across the globe

  • Lead the operational aspects of our global onboarding activities, including related compliance tasks

  • Maintain data integrity across all people systems, conduct regular data audits, correct inaccuracies

  • Respond in a timely manner to employee ticket inquiries, seeking functional guidance when needed

  • Support the improvement of knowledge management and documentation efforts across the People team

  • Partner closely with cross-functional partners (Finance, BizTech, Legal, Security) to ensure successful resolution of process, program, or data issues

  • Support bi-annual employee initiatives including engagement surveys, compensation planning, and performance management

We’re looking for candidates who have:

  • The highest degree of integrity at all times

  • Maturity & discretion when handling sensitive information

  • Strong organizational, communication, prioritization, and project management skills

  • Past experience using Google Suite and willingness to consistently learn about its new features and tools

  • A team-first mentality and customer-oriented approach

  • Demonstrated history of creative problem-solving

Nice to have experience:

  • Exposure to platforms including Workday HCM, Jira, Asana, and Ashby
