The Revenue Operations team is the backbone that helps the go-to-market (GTM) team run effectively. Our job is to manage the full funnel operations across the customer lifecycle and provide the organization documentation and expertise needed for the teams to function efficiently.

As Director, Sales Enablement, you’ll be responsible for maximizing the effectiveness of our customer-facing teams. You’ll assess the current go-to-market process and collaborate with Executive leadership, Product Management and Marketing to develop the content framework and training programs that are instrumental in enabling our teams to be successful. You’ll develop a team of enablement professionals to support our teams globally, and will split your time between hands-on work, collaboration with our Marketing and Revenue organizations, and team management and mentorship.

In this role, you will:

  • Complete a comprehensive review of existing enablement programs and processes, creating or updating activities to successfully onboard new members of the Revenue organization

  • Ensure alignment between overall business goals and objectives and enablement initiatives

  • Establish a framework for measuring enablement’s productivity and effectiveness

  • Drive the strategic vision and tactical execution of ongoing programs to improve the skills and knowledge of the Revenue organization beyond onboarding

  • Create programs for Revenue organization managers to ensure they have the skills, knowledge, processes, and tools required to lead their teams effectively

  • Analyze current go-to-market factors that make a successful Chainalysis account executive, pre-sales engineer or customer success manager, leveraging these insights to develop new tools or trainings

  • Lead and coach a team of enablement professionals

We’re looking for candidates who have:

  • 10+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales, or go-to-market leadership within B2B SaaS companies

  • Experience with sales methodologies, processes, and enablement best practices (i.e., customer journey, curriculum creation, competency-based program design, program evaluation)

  • A deep understanding of the needs of an enterprise sales organization and experience building the right content to assist in the selling process

  • Strong leadership and communication skills to work with Revenue executives across global regions and functions

  • Built and led geographically dispersed teams

  • A collaborative and inclusive approach, with the confidence to share their perspectives with senior leadership and align on solutions that will enable our success

Nice to have experience:

  • Knowledge of Force Management, Command of the Message, and MEDDIC sales process

  • Prior experience as a quota-carrying account executive

  • Experience working in or with financial services, particularly related to financial crime, AML/CFT compliance, payments, or trading systems

  • Interest cryptocurrency, blockchain, and related technologies -- or a deep curiosity and willingness to learn
