About the Role:
As a Field Marketing Analyst, you will support our LATAM team by assisting in overseeing lead generation programs with the ultimate goal of driving qualified leads, optimized for down-funnel conversion. This role will be tasked with everything from day-to-day campaign optimization, assessment of third-party lead providers and closely collaborating with our sales team. You must be a strategic thinker with strong analytical and technical skills and the have the ability to make recommendations based on data insights.
What will you do?
- Use a data driven approach to assess campaign success, develop track KPI metrics, and optimize future campaign tactics
- Assist with assessing lead spend results and tracking proven case progress against a set timeline
- Create and implement email marketing journeys for product users across various mass tort verticals
- Communicate and collaborate with third party lead vendors as needed
- Support our team's strategic vision through execution of onboarding new lead providers and overseeing the day-to-day campaign needs.
- Analyze campaign performance to inform ongoing lead generation strategies and target segments
- Collaborate with our Sr. Lead Data Analyst on Reporting and Analytics, run weekly reporting numbers and share with internal stakeholders as needed.
- Work to make an impact on the team by uncovering opportunities and efficiencies within current work streams and dataset analysis
What are we looking for?
- 2+ years of post-university work experience and a BA/BS in a related field such as business, marketing, or communications
- Domain expertise: 4+ Years of relevant marketing experience, with a focus on SaaS
- Working knowledge/proficiency in CRMs such as Salesforce and other Email Marketing tools such as Outreach, Hubspot
- An analytical mind who uses a test and learn' approach to work
- A desire to uncover and develop efficiencies in processes
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and changeable environment, balancing multiple priorities, and ensuring high-quality outcomes
Key Competencies:
- Strategic thinking: Experience tailoring campaigns and messaging for specific audiences and personas
- Experiential savviness: Has successfully produced online and offline events from end to end
- Creative execution: Has surprising, “out of the box” ideas that break through the clutter while driving home a meaningful message
- Communication: Excellent writing skills, knows how to engage internal and external audiences in-person and remotely
- Accountability: Solid grasp on metrics and KPIs, understanding what “good” looks like
- Orchestration & management: Proven experience in cross functional project management (ideally: in an international context). Basic line management experience.
- Engaged: Takes a true interest in our product, solutions, and audiences
