About the Role:
We are looking for an engineering mindset that brings fresh ideas from various areas, including large-scale platform design, analytics, data structures, security practices, large-scale data retrieval, and processing environments. Someone who’d love to innovate while prioritizing User Privacy and Security to the highest of standards. As a Senior iOS Engineer, you will be working closely with product managers, QA engineers, designers, and back-end software engineers, and will be responsible for designing, building, deploying, and scaling the various iOS SDKs under the umbrella of CleverTap Platform.
What will you do:
- Design, build, and configure iOS SDKs to meet business process and application requirements
- Design and build applications for the iOS platform
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of SDKs & applications
- Collaborate with a team to define, design, and ship new features
- Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
- And can take a First-principles approach to problem-solving
- Knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architecture, trends, and emerging technologies
What are we looking for?
Must have:
- 5 -7 years experience in developing iOS apps and/or SDKs
-Engineering in CS or related domains
- Expertise in iOS architecture and related conceptual models
- Should be conversant in Swift and Objective-C coding ability along with strong CS & OS fundamentals
- Using Git version control software
- Use of package managers, preferably Cocoapods.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of memory management, threading, and concurrent programming methods as applied within the iOS context.
Good to have:
- Experience with SwiftUI is a plus.
- Experience of creating and deploying SDKs/frameworks via Cocoapods and/or Swift
Package Manager is a big plus.
- Experience with hybrid SDKs such as React Native and/or Flutter is highly desirable.

About the Function:
You will be part of one of the communication channels supported by the CleverTap platform named SignedCall. This channel is the USP of CleverTap in the MarTech domain. You’ll be part of the innovation this function brings in terms of bringing User Privacy and Security using VoIP to the app developers, along with automated informational, transactional, and person-to-person communication calls at scale.
