As a Product Manager you will....

• Manage all aspects of an assigned AI-powered support product, from initial requirements gathering through general availability (GA) and ongoing maintenance.

• Work closely with fellow product managers to deliver on product commitments made to stakeholders.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meticulously document their AI needs.

• Partner with the development team and business leaders to prioritize features and functionalities that optimize user experience.

• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and provide leadership with clear insights.

• Collaborate with Learning & Development to create training materials for new product launches and facilitate smooth change management.

• Translate ambiguous user requests into well-defined product specifications for the development and design teams.

• Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation to ensure ongoing product knowledge transfer and user support.

​ ​We are excited about you if you have....

• 3-5 years as a Product/Program Manager in a individual contributor role

• Has experience working on AI projects either Actively or in a supporting role

• Proven track record of launching Products from Ideation to Market

• Experience working with cross functional teams

• Well versed in Agile methodology and design thinking

• Fluency in English to convey your thoughts across

• Data and insights are key to strategic decision making. Hence proven experience using Analytics tools to drive Product and/or Process Changes

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Experience working in an ecosystem with multiple systems interdependent on each other and collaborating with cross-functional teams

• Basic AI knowledge is preferable (e.g. Prompt Engineering, Vectorisation, Reranking, Chunking)

• Experience using any one of the analytics tools in the market such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Firebase, Tableau etc

• Strong understanding of the Google product suite (Calendar, Drive, Sheets, Docs and Slides)

• Experience using any one of the Project Management tools such as JIRA, Asana, Github, Redmine, Basecamp etc

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to engage C-Suite/Leadership (if need be) to ensure there is the right balance between Expectations set and Deliverables achievable.
