We are looking for an individual who is technically skilled and has a passion for Workday. Join our small team with a significant impact on the business and play a crucial role in supporting our HR partners globally. You will face interesting challenges daily, primarily focusing on designing, developing, and supporting complex integrations between Workday and various external systems. There will also be the opportunity to perform systems administration and configuration within Workday.

As the HR - Integration Systems Analyst you will:

  • Integration:

    • Develop and maintain integrations using Workday tools.

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand integration requirements.

    • Ensure data integrity across integrated systems.

    • Execute test plans and troubleshoot integration issues.

    • Create comprehensive documentation for all integrations.

    • Provide support and maintenance for existing integrations.

    • Recommend and implement improvements to existing integrations.

  • Systems Administration and Configuration:

    • Gather and document business requirements for Workday.

    • Assist in configuring and customizing Workday modules.

    • Identify opportunities for business process improvements.

    • Provide training and support to end-users.

We’re excited about you if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum of 2 years Workday systems integration and business systems analysis.

  • Workday Pro Certification is a plus.

  • Proficiency in XML, XSLT, SOAP, REST, and web service technologies.

  • Familiarity with data mapping, transformation, and validation techniques.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
