The Field Marketing Manager DACH will be responsible for the growth of one of the key territories for Cloudera in EMEA by engaging with the regional sales team in developing and executing field marketing programmes that create a pipeline for target accounts. Reporting to the EMEA Marketing Director, but also working in close association with the regional sales leadership, this role will work closely with all parts of the Cloudera organisation, especially sales, marketing, and channel/business development.
As a Field Marketing Manager, you will:
Define integrated marketing plans that support regional sales strategy, pipeline development and growth within the target account list.
Plan and execute: ABM field programmes, events, demand gen and other programmes that create net new and expansion opportunities for target accounts.
Work with Cloudera marketing team, including marketing operations, partner marketing, creative and web teams, to maximise value from all activities.
Lead management and close collaboration with SDR team.
Support other marketing projects as needed.
We’re excited about you if you have:
Highly motivated and experienced marketer with a passion for field marketing, brand-building, partner strategies, event planning, and demonstrated ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns and/or partner marketing programmes
5+ years experience in technology marketing with a history of high-impact work in Channel Marketing, Field Marketing and/or Demand Generation.
Experience working with small-mid-size fast fast-growing technology/ software companies.
Ability to manage multiple activities in a fast paced and dynamic working environment that includes: events, ABM field programmes, demand generation & other tactical field activities.
Excellent planning, organisation and communication skills; must be a team player.
Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools such as Eloqua and Salesforce.com. Other tools used include, Splash, Asana, Smartsheet
20-30% travel required in DACH region.
Marketing degree is desirable.
