Cloudera is seeking an experienced and highly organized Partner Programs Manager to join our team as a 12-month contingent worker. This role is crucial for the success and management of our global partner programs, with a heavy focus on partner incentives with funded programs (MDF, PIF, Rebates) and the overall partner experience. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong stakeholder management, process optimization, numerac, and strong communication skills, capable of managing multiple complex projects, and prioritization of work

As a Partner Programs Manager you will manage the following:

  • Funded Programs Management:

    • Oversee the day-to-day management and governance of the Market Development Funds (MDF), Partner Initiative Fund (PIF), and Rebate programs.

    • Manage the end-to-end payment process, including scheduling, processing, communications, budgeting and accruals for all funded programs.

    • Drive policy compliance and best practices across all programs, overseeing exception requests and escalating as required.

    • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal program stakeholders (including Partner Marketing, Partner Sales, Accounts Receivable, Revenue Operations) on reporting, policy design, process support, and interface with partner operations for alignment and support.

    • Manage vendor relationships for external funded program platforms (e.g. Channelscaler).

    • Communicate program updates or issues to the wider partner organization as required.

  • Partner Portal Management:

    • Manage the content, design, and branding of the online Partner Portal (built on Salesforce Experience Cloud).

    • Execute page creation, updates, and maintenance, as well as managing program assets in the Salesforce file library.

    • Troubleshoot and manage system issues and enhancement requests for the portal.

  • Program Collateral & Communications:

    • Manage and maintain all program guides, decks and assets, including the creation of net new collateral as required.

    • Manage content across all program channels including Highspot and Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

    • Manage all operational email templates across Salesforce and other channel systems.

  • Project Management & Operations:

    • Collaborate across teams on operational initiatives that automate and expedite business processes.

    • Lead ongoing projects aimed to improve the partner experience including:

      Salesforce CMS implementation and deprecation of the asset library tool.

      Cloudera Essentials Partner Portal setup and launch.

      Partner Ecosystem Management tool configuration.

    • Support incoming requests for program assistance, directing to appropriate parties or teams for successful resolution.

    • Maintain the program budget, ensuring accuracy and alignment with targets.

We’re excited about you if you have:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in Partner Program Management, Incentives, Channel Incentives, or a similar role within the tech industry.

  • Deep understanding and practical experience managing funded programs (e.g. MDF and financial incentives).

  • Exceptional organizational skills and proven ability to manage multiple complex projects to deadline.

  • Experience in website management, CMS tools and page design.

  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship skills.

  • Demonstrated numerical proficiency and reporting skills, with experience managing large program budgets.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of clearly communicating complex policies to internal and external stakeholder audiences.

  • Advanced digital literacy and confidence navigating a wide range of systems day-to-day, quickly adapting to new tools as required (experience with tools including Salesforce Data Cloud, Salesforce Experience Cloud, Coupa, PowerPoint/Google Slides and Excel/Google Sheets is a plus).

  • Proven ability to work independently and drive projects forward with minimal oversight as a contingent worker.
