Why Cogoport?
- Educational Background: MBA from top tiered management Institute (Engineering Graduates or Diploma in Logistics or any related discipline would be an advantage)
- Work Experience: 4+ years of experience in consultative Sales. Experience in industries with high import and exports movements such as White goods, Automobiles, Textiles, etc. would be preferred.
- Knowledge and certifications: Prior understanding of logistics, freight or supply chain industries and their capabilities would be an advantage.
- Skill-set:
- Knowledge of strategic account sales techniques and processes including understanding customer needs, overcoming objections, developing business cases, negotiating and closing complex deals
- Ability to manage long, complex sales cycles from beginning to end.
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills, be able to convince prospects.
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills, Process-orientation, Business acumen.
- Passionate and ambitious individual contributor
