The role Sales Intern is responsible for handling customer shipments and are responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of shipments from start to finish. You will handle all aspects of the customer experience, from booking the shipment to ensuring that the cargo is delivered on time and in good condition while generating new business.

Role & responsibilities

  • Ensure the smooth flow of shipments from start to finish and ensure customer retention.
  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries and complaints by coordinating with different stakeholders and customers directly.
  • Develop and implement customer service processes and procedures.
  • Highlighting the critical shipments and execute the shipments in the best manner.
  • Providing customer support by calling and chatting through company digital platform.
  • Maintaining the SOP of the processes and handle multiple escalations from different parties.
  • Timely updating the platform after each and every work completion.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to handle critical customers

1. Post internship offer extended basis performance during internship

2. Looking for candidates who can join full-time post internship

Stipend - Rs. 20,000/- per month
Location - Mumbai / Gurgaon
