We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement professional to join our team in China. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 5 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management, with a proven track record of successfully managing procurement activities. The procurement manager will be responsible for overseeing the procurement process, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring timely services.

Roles And Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost savings and efficiency
  • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish relationships with key vendors
  • Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns that may arise
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand the procurement needs and requirements
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations and standards
  • Analyze market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Provide regular reports and updates on procurement activities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in procurement and supply chain management
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Knowledge of procurement best practices and industry trends
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Certification in procurement or supply chain management is a plus.
  • Chinese language expertise is a must
