We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement professional to join our team in China. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 5 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management, with a proven track record of successfully managing procurement activities. The procurement manager will be responsible for overseeing the procurement process, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring timely services.

- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost savings and efficiency
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish relationships with key vendors
- Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns that may arise
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand the procurement needs and requirements
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations and standards
- Analyze market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for improvement
- Provide regular reports and updates on procurement activities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in procurement and supply chain management
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of procurement best practices and industry trends
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Certification in procurement or supply chain management is a plus.
- Chinese language expertise is a must
