Fixed Contractor - Deal Management (Hybrid/Flexible), Cork, Ireland

Our Deal Management Team (DMT) is a critical business partner for our worldwide Field Operations. DMT enables and supports new and existing selling models to drive revenue acceleration and deal velocity. Acting as a trusted business partner, this team strives to be a single point of contact for all Cohesity deal-structuring needs to create an exceptional customer experience.

Reporting to the Sr Director of Strategy & Operations, DMT. This role combines expertise in CPQ configuration with a focus on enhancing deal management processes and operational workflows. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in complex CPQ projects and a strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes.

HOW YOU WILL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE:

  • CPQ Projects: Act as the DMT expert on end-to-end Salesforce CPQ transformation and integration projects, including technical requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and documentation.
  • Process Optimization: Analyze and improve deal management and Quote-to-Cash workflows by identifying and addressing operational bottlenecks and recommending process enhancements and efficiencies.
  • Cross-Functional Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams, delivering expert guidance and support on Salesforce CPQ and deal management best practices.
  • Documentation & Training: Create and maintain documentation for CPQ solutions and deliver training sessions to ensure effective user adoption.

WE’D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING:

  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce CPQ, including hands-on transformational project work.
  • Demonstrated expertise in deal management, sales operations, or similar commercial roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce CPQ
  • Bachelors in Data Analytics, Finance, Computer Science, or other business-related fields are preferred.
