This role will function as an Enterprise-wide HR systems analytics specialist and provide ongoing maintenance of our HR technology reporting landscape. Support Workday data analytics, report design, reporting optimization, and reporting configuration. This role will problem-solve and build solutions in collaboration with business teams, people operations, and IT. Will be responsible for requirements gathering, solution design, testing, bug-fixes, and supporting deployment processes. Will contribute to task development, prioritization, and planning for HR tasks that support our overall HR strategy.

HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE

  • Collaborate and be responsible for multiple assignments within Workday reporting
  • Work with People Technology and Analytics senior team members to improve time-to-delivery outcomes.
  • Partner multi-functionally to research, fix, and raise issues when appropriate, ensuring that users are updated on the status and addressing issues timely.
  • Recommend and implement short and long-term HRIS operations initiatives.
  • Participate in completion of Tier 3 support issues involving complex troubleshooting to meet SLAs.
  • Identify and initiate improvement opportunities around system, process, data and data related user experience

WE’D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience
  • Experience with Workday Reporting, including: building all report types, calculated fields, discovery boards, dashboards, Worksheets, and Slides
  • Familiarity with database fundamentals
  • Knowledge of data governance, and data privacy policies
  • Knowledgeable in business process configuration, security
  • 3+ years’ demonstrable experience with people data and
  • Communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical collaborators
  • Good interpersonal skills to handle various tasks efficiently

Preferred Skills / Experiences:

  • Workday Implementation experience
  • Project Management
  • Experience working with third-party administrators, carriers, and vendors
  • Familiarity with several Workday modules: Core HCM (must have), along with Talent Management, Absence Management, and/or Time Tracking.
