Key Responsibilities

Our Deal Management Team (DMT) is a critical business partner for our worldwide Field Operations. DMT enables and supports new and existing selling models to drive revenue acceleration & deal velocity. Acting as a trusted business partner, this team strives to be a single point of contact for all Cohesity deal-structuring needs in order to create an exceptional customer experience.

This role will report into the Director, DMT based Remote in Cork, Ireland and will focus on supporting our Renewal & Commercial business segments globally, working across all levels of the sales organization.

HOW WILL YOU SPEND YOUR TIME:

  • Provide commercial review and approval of quotes with focus on Price, Discount, Margin, Bill of Materials and Commercial Terms

  • Engage with team members and key stakeholders on non-standard deals

  • Integral part of helping the company achieve discounting/pricing targets

  • Provide timely and accurate updates to leadership on deals

  • Triage and management of customer & sales queries to successful resolution

  • Identification of automation and operational efficiency opportunities

  • Participation in Project work including system testing of new features and enhancements to our quoting and related tools

WHAT YOU WILL BRING WITH YOU IN ORDER TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

  • Experience working with or in an IT Multinational Organization in a Deal Mgt, Deal Desk, Sales Ops or Sourcing/Procurement role.

  • Ability to build strong business partnerships across multiple functions

  • Proven track record of working successfully with sales teams

  • Prior experience with deal structuring, buying programs, GTM strategies

  • Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills

This position has a starting pay range of $MIN - $MID per year. Actual salary depends upon many factors, including a candidate’s skills, qualifications and experience, location, and salary expectations, and therefore a starting salary at the low end, high end, or even above the stated range may be offered. This position may also be eligible for bonus compensation, commission (if in a sales function), and/or equity grants. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits framework, including health and wellness benefits, vacation, paid holidays and refresh days, 401(k) retirement plan, life and disability insurance coverages, and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time.

Cohesity employees who are within a reasonable commute (e.g. within a forty-five (45) minute average travel time) work out of our core offices 2-3 days a week of their choosing.
