The Executive AV & Collaboration Support Systems Engineer is responsible for the design, support, and optimization of executive-level audiovisual (AV) and collaboration environments.

This role ensures seamless, high-quality experiences across conference rooms, executive briefing centers, boardrooms, and hybrid meeting spaces. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise in AV systems with strong executive presence, white-glove support experience, excellent customer service skills, keen attention to detail, and proactive service delivery.

HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE:

  • Provide dedicated AV and collaboration support for executive leadership and high-profile meetings.

  • Deliver white-glove support for board meetings, town halls, investor calls, and leadership events.

  • Serve as escalation point for complex AV and collaboration incidents.

  • Support and administer Zoom, Microsoft Teams, room scheduling panels, and digital signage.

  • Lead conference room build-outs and executive space upgrades.

  • Set up and operate AV equipment for events, meetings, and presentations.

  • Collaborate with event coordinators, IT staff, and end users to determine AV requirements and deliver optimal solutions.

  • Provide on-site and/or remote technical support before, during, and after events to ensure seamless AV performance.

  • Troubleshoot audio, video, and control signal issues end-to-end.

  • Manage room standards, hardware lifecycle, and firmware updates.

  • Stay up to date with AV industry trends and recommend new technologies or upgrades as appropriate.

  • Collaborate with AV vendors and suppliers for equipment purchases, conference room upgrades, troubleshooting, etc.

  • Train end users on proper operation of AV systems and equipment.

  • Maintain documentation, standards, and system diagrams.

WE'D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Audio Visual Technology, Information Technology,

  • Communications, or related field preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience in AV systems engineering and support.

  • Experience supporting executive-level environments.

  • Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills across audio, video, network layers, and control systems.

  • Familiarity with common AV platforms and software, such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Cisco Webex.

  • Up-to-date awareness of AV technologies and their features.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

  • Excellent communication skills, executive presence, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to lift and move AV equipment as needed (up to 50 lbs.).

  • Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and support high-quality decision-making.

Disclosure Pursuant to Applicable State Equal Pay Transparency Laws - This position has a starting pay range as listed below. Actual salary depends upon many factors, including a candidate’s skills, qualifications and experience, location, and salary expectations, and therefore a starting salary at the low end, high end, or even above the stated range may be offered. This position may also be eligible for bonus compensation, commission (if in a sales function), and/or equity grants. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits framework, including health and wellness benefits, vacation, paid holidays and refresh days, 401(k) retirement plan, life and disability insurance coverages, and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time.

Pay Range :

$96,800.00-$121,000.00

The compensation noted above is based on an annualized hourly rate assuming normal full-time employment.
