The Strategic Renewals Manager, OEMs is a Renewals-owned role responsible for end-to-end execution of complex OEM-based renewals, with an initial focus on partners such as HPE and Cisco.
This role exists to close a critical ownership gap where OEM renewal complexity creates execution risk, forecast uncertainty, and delayed closes.
This role interfaces closely with Alliance teams, AEs, and Operations; however, it sits within the Renewals organization and serves as the single point of accountability for renewal execution where OEM coordination, process ambiguity, or partner-specific requirements exist.
This is a revenue-generating role with direct impact on renewal bookings, forecast accuracy, and on-time close.
HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE:
Renewal Ownership and Execution
• Own the renewal motion end to end for assigned OEM-based renewals, from opportunity identification through close
• Act as the single accountable owner for complex renewals that span OEM partners, internal teams, and systems
• Drive renewal progression, resolve execution blockers, and ensure on-time, predictable closes
Revenue and Forecast Accountability
• Protect and grow renewal revenue by ensuring accurate forecasting, disciplined deal management, and timely execution
• Partner with Renewals leadership to manage pipeline health and renewal risk
• Influence renewal bookings outcomes through direct ownership of execution
OEM and Cross-Functional Coordination
• Interface with OEM partners on renewal-specific requirements, processes, and timelines
• Partner with Account Executives to align on customer strategy while retaining renewal execution ownership
• Collaborate with Alliances, Operations, Finance, and Legal without transferring accountability
Process Stabilization and Improvement
• Identify recurring friction points in OEM renewal workflows and drive standardization
• Build and refine repeatable processes and guardrails that reduce manual effort over time
• Contribute to automation and tooling initiatives as renewal processes mature
Reporting and Insights
• Maintain visibility into renewal pipeline, execution status, and risk for assigned OEM renewals
• Provide clear, actionable insights to Renewals leadership on forecast accuracy, cycle time, and performance trends
WE'D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING:
• Experience supporting or managing OEM-based motions, preferably within renewals or post-sales
• Strong understanding of renewal processes, customer lifecycle management, and revenue forecasting
• Proven ability to drive execution across complex, cross-functional environments
• Confidence influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority
• Strong analytical, communication, and prioritization skills
Candidate can be located anywhere in US.
