Want to join the leader in AI-powered data security?

Cohesity is seeking a VP to lead the International Revenue Operations function — new and renewal business — across Europe, Emerging Markets and APJ. This is a strategic leadership role accountable for accelerating ARR growth across the region, modernizing and simplifying how the international sales organization operates, embedding AI into core RevOps processes, and building a high-performing team that operates with rigour and discipline. The role reports to the VP, Global Revenue Operations, and partners directly with GEO sales leadership, Finance, Deal Desk, Marketing, Enablement and HR.

HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE:

  • ARR growth (new + expansion): sustained performance across all Regions and Districts
  • Net revenue retention: NRR through a disciplined renewal and expansion motion.
  • Strong forecast accuracy: against committed forecast, every quarter.
  • Healthy pipeline coverage sustained across all districts.
  • CRM data quality / hygiene: greater than 95% compliance against defined data standards.
  • AI-enabled process adoption: measurable adoption across forecasting, deal scoring and reporting workflows.
  • Team capability: fully staffed, upskilled team with defined career paths and low regretted attrition.

ARR growth and renewals ownership

  • Own the run-the-business cadence (in and out-quarter) that drives new and renewal ARR to target, including bridge/gap analysis, rep performance and slipped-deal reporting.
  • Build pipeline coverage in all districts; own visibility into lead velocity, conversion and fallout across the funnel.
  • Partner with Renewals and Customer Success to strengthen the renewal motion and grow net revenue retention.
  • Deliver forecast accuracy within +/-3%, keeping GEO SVPs and executive leadership ahead of emerging forecast risk rather than reacting to it.

Operational transformation and AI-driven RevOps

  • Lead a transformation agenda across the international RevOps tech stack and processes —to remove manual effort and inconsistency.
  • Identify and implement AI-enabled capability across the RevOps lifecycle – for example automated pipeline hygiene and deal-health scoring, AI-assisted forecasting, GenAI-supported reporting and QBR/MBR preparation.
  • Champion process innovation and simplification across the broader business, turning what works in one Region into standardized practice.
  • Own sales program implementation and reporting, tracking execution status and escalating gaps.

Rigour, forecasting and governance

  • Establish and enforce a consistent operating cadence, reporting standards and data-quality governance across Europe, Emerging Markets and APJ, so every region reports against a single, trusted set of definitions.
  • Own deal reviews, pipeline hygiene KPIs and CRM data-standard compliance; measure and report compliance across field teams.
  • Run the GEO planning process — territory management, quota setting and account mapping — in partnership with area sales leaders and Finance.
  • Partner with the Sales Compensation team on plan administration, and act as an escalation point to clarify or arbitrate compensation policy application.

Team leadership and talent development

  • Build, structure and lead the International Revenue Operations team, defining the org model, geographic/time-zone coverage, and reporting lines needed to support Europe, Emerging Markets and APJ.
  • Hire, develop and retain diverse talent; build career paths and upskill the team on AI, analytics and modern RevOps tooling as the function's capability bar rises.
  • Coach and mentor GEO sales leaders through the rollout of new operations, systems and process, ensuring adoption and adherence.
  • Build a personal and team brand of trust, insight and proactive resolution — the team our leaders turn to first.

GTM planning, quota and compensation

  • Lead annual go-to-market planning with GEO sales leaders, including territory assignments and quota setting.
  • Develop and implement GTM commercial strategies with Deal Desk and cross-functional partners to drive new and renewal growth.
  • Ensure global consistency and accuracy across forecasting, pipeline management, planning and quota-setting methodologies.

Cross-functional partnership

  • Build alignment between Sales, Renewals, Marketing, Enablement, Finance, HR and channel partners in support of international sales priorities.
  • Develop key sales metrics and insight reporting shared across the GEO and with executive leadership on sales effectiveness.
  • Build strong peer relationships across the business to support a smooth deal-flow process end to end.

WE'D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING:

  • Track record building and scaling RevOps functions in high-growth, multi-national subscription/SaaS businesses; marketplace (AWS, Azure) transaction experience a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience leading operational or digital transformation initiatives, including modernizing RevOps tooling and introducing AI/automation into forecasting, pipeline management or reporting.
  • Experience building and leading distributed teams across multiple geographies and time zones.
  • Advanced Salesforce and Clari proficiency, plus familiarity with BI/analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau) and emerging AI/GenAI tools relevant to RevOps.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills; experience presenting forecast, pipeline and transformation progress to senior/executive leadership.
  • Excellent analytical and process-design skills — able to structure, interpret and present complex data into clear, decision-ready insight.
  • Acts as a trusted advisor to the sales organization through transparent, insightful reporting and proactive resolution.
  • Promotes engagement and collaboration across Finance, Marketing, Renewals, Sales and Enablement to ensure alignment.
  • Drives operational excellence, and adoption of new digital-selling and AI tools, across all applicable teams.
  • Motivates, inspires and empowers a distributed, multi-geography team.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation and cross-functional collaboration skills.
