ConductorOne is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the teams responsible for building and scaling our integration platform, delivering third party integrations and developer experience. We are seeking experienced managers with strong technical instincts who enjoy building fast-moving teams and solving a new problem every day.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and manage the teams responsible for building and scaling ConductorOne’s integration platform.

• Oversee the delivery of thousands of third-party integrations, ensuring the platform is scalable and efficient.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance developer experience and make ConductorOne a joy for developers to build with.

• Drive team performance, mentoring engineers, and ensuring that the right processes are in place to foster high productivity and innovation.

• Own hiring and team-building efforts to ensure the organization grows with top talent.

• Think like an engineer to monitor and optimize internal workflows and processes for maximum productivity and throughput.
