About the role
We are looking for a process-minded Renewals Account Manager to craft the next stage of our customer journey post-sales. You’ll be capable working of both independently and driving new initiatives, but also collaboratively as you’ll be partnering closely with our Sales and Customer Support teams while reporting directly to our VP of Sales.

What will you be doing?

  • Owning the renewal process from initiation to close
  • Collaborating closely with our Account Executives to identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell with existing accounts to build into the renewals process
  • Maintaining accurate account information and activity detail in our CRM (Hubspot)Building strong relationships with customers, answering queries via Intercom (we use Zendesk), using this data to aid renewal conversations
  • Using and defining metrics to analyse retention and prevent customer churn
  • Monitor and report on renewal rates, revenue forecasts, and customer feedback
  • Staying current with Conduktor’s products, industry news, updates, trends and the competitive landscape to inform renewal strategies and pricing decisions
  • Conducting contract negotiations to optimize terms and conditions, pricing, and contract duration

What experience are we looking for?

  • You’ve previously worked in a similar role looking after renewals within a fast-paced start-up
  • You have experience working in a company with products aimed at software engineers or DevOps teams
  • You’ve worked closely with Sales teams in the past, supporting them with upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • You’re analytical and process-oriented.
  • You appreciate working smart, and the value of automating where possible
  • You have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport with both internal and external stakeholders
  • You’re really interested in our product and what we’re doing. Real-time data is at the heart of what we’re doing, and we want folks who are genuinely excited about our mission
