We are hiring a Temp Sr Accounting Manager/Assistant Controller who will be a key member of the Finance team and will be hands-on in the company's month-end activities and day to day accounting operations. The Accounting Manager will manage a set of accounting activities to ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles, corporate policies and external audits.

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Overseeing finances including accurate recording of costs and income, general ledger activities for the company and its subsidiaries
• Preparing flux analysis of financial statements for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end review
• Approving and reviewing the team’s journal entries and records
• Oversee payroll function including preparing and approving for the company and it’s subsidiaries
• Answer payroll related inquires
• Have experience managing an annual audit including managing auditors and team’s expectations and deadlines
• Liaise with internal requests from HR, Sales Ops, FP&A
• Assist with adhoc projects or tax filings

Accounting Manager Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting;
• Solid understanding of Quote-to-Cash accounting concepts
• The ability to proficiently perform professional-level accounting research, analysis, and reconciliations
• 8 years of relevant public company experience required
• Team player and solid communicator (written and verbal skills), with strong interpersonal skills
• Strong research & analysis skills, attention to detail, and deadline-oriented
• Ability to prioritize effectively, meet deadlines, work with others, and follow through to execute all tasks; be able to handle multiple tasks and stay organized
• Strong project management, organizational, and decision-making skills
• High Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel and Word)
• Experience with NetSuite or similar cloud-based accounting software applications is desired
• Experience with NetSuite, Airbase, FloQast, Expensify, and Paylocity.
