Your Career:
As our Principal Architect for Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), you will be the visionary lead for our identity lifecycle management, compliance, and access control strategies. You will design the integration approach between company services and IGA, as well as between on-prem applications and the IGA cloud service, strengthening overall IGA capabilities and improving scalability.
Your Impact
- Lead the architectural vision and strategy for the Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform.
- Design and oversee the integration architecture between internal services, on-prem applications, and the IGA cloud service.
- Drive the enhancement and scalability of IGA capabilities across the enterprise.
- Lead proof-of-concept (POC) projects and hands-on technical exploration to introduce new technologies and advance the product architecture.
- Act as a collaborative technical leader, mentoring team members and working constructively with peer architects to advance shared goals.
- Anticipate, assess, and mitigate technical risks while balancing architectural excellence and business priorities.
- Work with product and business stakeholders to align the architectural roadmap with company objectives.
Qualifications
Your Experience
- A minimum of 10 years of professional experience, with demonstrated expertise in SaaS-based and On-prem software architecture.
- Proven ability as a collaborative technical leader who develops others and works constructively with peer architects.
- Strong track record of leading POCs and hands-on technical exploration to continuously advance product architecture.
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with strong decision-making skills.
- Strong understanding of system integration design patterns, with the ability to anticipate, assess, and mitigate technical risks.
- Experience with containerized environments (Kubernetes, Docker, EKS, ECS, etc.) and/or serverless technologies (e.g., AWS Lambda).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with full professional fluency in English.
- Highly self-directed, with a strong commitment to quality, continuous improvement, and technical excellence.
- A self-learner with a passion for exploring new technologies and sharing knowledge across the team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
- Good understanding of on-prem systems and hybrid architectures.
- Deep understanding of security principles and best practices for building highly scalable systems.
