We are looking for an enthusiastic digital marketer to join our fast paced, high-energy marketing team. You will manage paid digital campaigns to support our MQL and pipeline generation goals, while also increasing market awareness. In this role you will report to the Sr. Paid Media Manager, working cross-functionally within marketing as well as key stakeholders from other departments.
Note: This is a 6-month contract with Couchbase
Responsibilities:
- Successfully launch and manage digital media programs with an emphasis on lead generation across channels, but not limited to, content syndication, paid social, paid search, etc.
- Effectively manage budget and internal partners to set and achieve KPI’s
- Collaborate with internal partners to ideate and execute ad copy, landing page, and creative testing to drive improved performance
- Manage and update reporting on a regular cadence, drawing insights and making data driven recommendations to find new opportunities to drive traffic, conversions, and efficiency.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years of B2B digital marketing experience, either in house or at an agency
- Understanding of key digital buying metrics (CPL, CPM, CPC) and corresponding KPI’s
- Experience with paid advertising on paid search and paid social advertising platforms including Google, Bing, LinkedIn and Meta
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Detail oriented self-starter that is comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment, taking initiative, and making data-driven decisions
- Adept at picking up technology like Salesforce, marketing automation, Integrate, ABM platforms, etc., direct experience a plus
- Bonus if you have advanced Excel skills; you are comfortable with pivot tables and vlookup
