Enterprise Systems, Manager (GTM) – Salesforce Development Manager
Job Overview: As a Salesforce Development Manager, you will lead a team of Salesforce developers and administrators to design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements. You will oversee the entire development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality code, adherence to best practices, and alignment with the company’s strategic objectives. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and integrations, with 2+ years in a leadership role. (Salesforce certifications [e.g., Platform Developer I & II, Administrator, Application Architect] are a plus.)
- Experience with proficiency in JavaScript for building dynamic user interfaces.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, CRM concepts, and platform capabilities.
- Proven track record in managing development projects, including planning, execution, and delivery within Agile frameworks.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on mentoring and team development.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, guiding them on technical challenges and career growth.
- Manage the end-to-end Salesforce development lifecycle, from requirement gathering and design to deployment and support.
- Oversee and contribute to the development and customization of Salesforce CPQ and other platform features.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, including code reviews, testing, and documentation.
- Monitor and optimize the performance, scalability, and security of Salesforce applications, driving continuous improvement in development processes.
